FAQ

What is the nutritional content in Dog Chew?
Dogs require adequate nutrition to stay energetic through their daily routines of playing, growing, exercising, and mothering. Without protein, dogs cannot live a healthy life, as dietary protein provides 10 essential amino acids. Our Dog Chews contain 66% protein with balanced amino acids, 1% fat, 9% total ash, and 1% fiber, all contributing to the overall health and well-being of your dog.
Small leftover pieces of Dog Chew can be placed in the microwave for 40–60 seconds until they puff up. Let them cool for about 2 minutes, then serve the puffed pieces to your dog as a crunchy, tasty treat.
If your dog finds the chew too hard, soak the bar in hot water for 5–10 minutes to soften it. After soaking, dry it thoroughly and let it rest for about an hour before giving it back to your dog.
Ensure the chew is completely dry before storing. Keep it in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from direct heat or sunlight. Avoid prolonged contact with water or moisture, as this can cause mold growth and affect the chew’s shape and firmness.
Dog Chews are treats and should not be used as meal replacements. We recommend offering 2–3 chews per week, or more if your dog is an active or strong chewer. Always ensure your dog has access to fresh drinking water to balance the low moisture content of the treat.
Raw milk can be difficult for dogs to digest. However, once the milk is processed and hardened into Dog Chews, it becomes easily digestible. During the manufacturing process, most lactose and whey protein are removed. With less than 0.5% lactose content, our chews are safe and gentle even for lactose-intolerant dogs.
Store bulk chews in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not refrigerate, as low temperatures can cause the hard cheese to crack. Ensure the chews are properly sealed and kept at normal room temperature. Avoid using plastic or uncoated metal containers for storage.
Our Dog Chews contain less than 1% fat, as most of the fat and cream are removed during the production process. Salt is only harmful in large quantities. We use rock salt solely for brine washing — it is not used for milk coagulation. Instead, whey, lime, or natural citric acid are used to coagulate the milk, ensuring a safe and natural product for dogs.
